What is Imminent?
An app that connects what you want with what you do today. Organise your life areas, define goals, turn them into actions and make time for them in your calendar. Focus mode and reports help you move forward and review the journey.
How is it different from a to-do list?
A list tells you what’s pending. Imminent connects each action with your goals and the time you have. It helps you see why you’re doing something and when you can do it.
What if my goals aren’t clear yet?
Start with a part of life you want to look after or an idea you’ve been putting off. You don’t need your whole life figured out to take a first step.
Can I use it with other people?
Yes. Pro adds up to three shareable spaces with invitations and roles. Each additional person counts once on your team, even across several spaces.
Does an invited person need their own plan?
No. They can create an account and access only the spaces they are invited to. If they want a space of their own, they can buy Personal or Pro separately.
Do I pay again when I invite them to another space?
No. Each additional person counts once on your team, even when they join several of your spaces.
What happens if I switch from Pro to Personal?
The change takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your shared spaces remain available in read-only mode until you return to Pro.
Do I need to connect my calendar?
It’s optional. You can plan inside Imminent. Connecting Google Calendar lets you see your commitments alongside your plans, so they fit into your actual week.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The web app adapts to phones, tablets and computers. Open it in your browser and add it to your home screen.
How do I get started?
Start with a part of life you want to look after. Define a goal and one concrete action. You can organise your first areas, goals and actions without having everything figured out.
How long does it take to get started?
Begin by answering a few simple questions and organising your first area, one goal and one action. You do not have to set everything up on the first day.
Do I have to use it every day?
It should not feel like another obligation. The idea is to help you recover clarity when you plan, decide or review your progress.
Is it like Notion, Todoist or a calendar?
It can live alongside those tools. Imminent connects what you want to achieve with what you do each day, bringing goals, actions, a calendar and focus together.
What are life areas?
They help organise what matters to you: wellbeing, personal projects or experiences, for example. Goals connect to those areas so each action has a direction.
How do I turn a goal into something concrete?
Break the goal into small actions and make time for them in your calendar. Connect what you want to build with what you can do today.
What is Focus mode?
A space to work on one action at a time. It brings a timer and your music together to help you spend time on what you have chosen to do.
How can I review my progress?
Review your actions, the time you have spent and how your goals are evolving. Reports help you look back and decide your next step.
What does Personal include?
One private space with areas, goals, actions, a calendar, Focus mode and progress tracking. You can also join spaces by invitation.
What does Pro add?
Everything in Personal, up to three shareable spaces, invitations and role permissions. Each shareable space supports up to 20 members, including you.
Is there monthly and yearly billing?
Plans have monthly and yearly options. Yearly billing is paid in one annual payment. Compare the planned amounts in the pricing section.
Am I charged when I create an account?
No. Purchasing is not active yet and the prices shown are planned prices. Creating an account does not trigger a charge.
Which integrations does Imminent have?
Connect Google Calendar, bring Spotify to focus sessions and take your plans into ChatGPT with the Imminent integration.
