2. Service and account
Imminent is a digital service for personal organization and collaboration. Login accounts are individual and users must protect access to their email and devices. An invited person may use shared spaces without purchasing a plan of their own.
While purchasing is inactive, no card is requested, no subscription is created, and there is no auto-renewal. Any displayed prices are informational and any expression of interest is non-binding.
3. Acceptable use
Security attacks, abusive automation, unlawful content, impersonation, and harm to users or the service are prohibited.
4. Commercial activation and prices
Commercial purchasing is not active yet. No account will be moved automatically to a paid plan. Once enabled, users must voluntarily start a new checkout, review the final price, accept these terms, and add a payment method.
5. Seven-day trial and renewal
The commercial trial begins after voluntarily completing a new card checkout. Previous free use does not consume the trial. No charge is made for seven days; the chosen plan is then charged and renews for the same period unless cancelled beforehand. Confirmation states the exact first-charge date.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account and the Stripe portal. Cancelling during trial prevents the first charge. After a charge, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues for the paid period, without limiting applicable statutory rights.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
No additional commercial refund guarantee is offered. Consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by applicable law and may exercise them by contacting [email protected]. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and service-attributable failures will also be reviewed.
8. Availability, data, changes, and liability
The service may evolve or experience reasonable interruptions. Safeguards and backups are used, but users should retain essential information. Data processing is detailed in the privacy policy. Material price or term changes will be communicated before they apply, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Purchasing availability
The countries where purchasing is available will be disclosed before payments are enabled. Stripe may block or review transactions outside that scope.
