2. Data and purposes

We process email, profile, authentication, preferences, user-created content, activity necessary to operate and secure the service, support, and purchase information.

Optional website measurement remains disabled in deployment until it is expressly approved. If enabled, it will send only aggregate technical and conversion events to Imminent's own server: path without parameters, language, button placement, aggregate result, referrer category, sanitized UTM campaigns, and Web Vitals. It will not send emails, IP addresses, tokens, full URLs, device fingerprints, or persistent identifiers. It will respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and can be disabled in the footer.

Imminent communications

If you subscribe through the website form, we use your name and email to manage the communications you request through MailerLite. We send a confirmation email before activating your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in our messages.

3. Legal bases

We rely on contract performance and user-requested pre-contractual steps, consent for communications or optional measurement when required, legitimate interests for security and abuse prevention, and legal obligations where applicable.

4. Providers and transfers

We may use hosting, Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2 for infrastructure and protection, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, MailerLite for consented communications, AWS SES for email, Sentry for diagnostics, and support providers under contract. Stripe is involved when a commercial checkout is voluntarily started. Appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers.

Sentry is used for error diagnosis, without session replay, personal data by default, or performance tracing in the initial deployment. Sensitive fields and URL parameters are filtered before sending.

5. Retention and security

Data is kept while the account is active and for periods necessary for incidents or legal duties. We use encrypted secrets, private storage, access control, security logs. Account deletion follows the flow shown in the application.

6. Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability at [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
